  • Automatic Constant Flow: The cornerstone of any air sampling pump, GilAir-3 and GilAir-5 maintain airflow within +/- 5% of the set point, even with varying backpressure. This ensures consistent sample collection regardless of filter loading or tubing resistance.

User-Friendly Features:

  • Multiple Models: Choose from Basic, Clock, and Programmable models to suit your specific requirements. Basic models offer straightforward operation, while Clock models provide elapsed time tracking, and Programmable models allow for timed sampling or delayed starts.
  • Flow Fault & Test Indicators: The intuitive fault light system alerts you to any issues affecting flow rate, such as low battery or clogged filters. The pump automatically shuts down to preserve sample integrity if the fault persists. A separate battery test indicator ensures you have sufficient power for extended sampling.
  • External Filter Housing: The clear external filter housing allows for easy visual inspection of the filter’s condition and simplifies filter replacement, requiring only four screws. Additionally, a built-in moisture trap safeguards the pump from moisture damage.
  • Optional Low Flow Modules: Extend the capabilities of your GilAir pump with optional low flow modules. The Constant Flow module enables sampling from 20-500 cc/min, ideal for sorbent tube sampling. The Constant Pressure module offers even greater flexibility, allowing sampling from 1-750 cc/min and supporting multi-tube sampling with independently set flow rates.
